- The following is an example of how to enter
orders down to the Girl level. - All of the products and incentives shown in this
presentation are for demonstration only. They
will NOT match your councils products and
incentive choices. - For further details please refer to the 2009
manuals available online. - Just read everything in the yellow boxes and
click where the arrows point.

No login necessary to access the Mini Site!
To enter the Nut-E system, enter the Login
Password that was assigned to you. Then make
sure to select the 2009 Fall Product Sale
Campaign. Click sign-in.
3TROOP PAGE As a Troop user this is the first
page you will see after you sign-in. If no
changes or updates are necessary for your troop
then you can proceed directly to the Troop/Girl
Orders tab.
NOTE If the council has given you access to the
Troop Details page, then a pencil icon will
appear. The Troop Details Page and User Set Up
will be covered later in the tutorial.
4TROOP/GIRL ORDERS Click Edit in the pink Girl
Orders column.
5TROOP/GIRL ORDERS Click Edit next to Girls
Registered Selling. Girls Register must be
manually entered. Girls Selling will
automatically calculate based on the number of
girl orders entered.
6TROOP/GIRL ORDERS Enter the number of Girls
Registered and click Save when done.
7TROOP/GIRL ORDERS Click Add New Girl Order
8Enter the Girl Identifier (as specified by your
Council), QSP items and Nut/Candy quantities and
then click Save.
NOTE Girl Identifier can be any letter or
number ranging from 1 to 52 characters.
9Make incentive selections and fill in any manual
fields if necessary. Click Save. NOTE If
your council does not offer items that require a
selection or manual entry then you should not
have to click Save.
NOTE There may be some items that require
manual entry. Those will appear in a blank box
with a 0. Please fill in appropriate
quantity before clicking Save.
10If you forgot to make an incentive selection a
red error box will appear.
11Complete your incentive selections and click
Save.
12If your product AND incentive order is correct
click Add Product Incentive Order.
Otherwise click Cancel Product Incentive
Order to start over.
13You will receive a message that each Girl Order
has been successfully added to the Nut-E system.
There is no Submit button. Keep clicking the
Add New Girl Order button until all Girl
Orders have been added. Simply Navigate Back
when you are done to view your total Troop Order.
NOTE The Troop Special Order is only to be
used with Council approval. This will be covered
later in the tutorial.
14TROOPS PAGE Just click the report you wish to
view. The T-2, G-2 and Girl Summary reports are
very helpful.
15T-2 This report can be used as a receipt and
shows the Balance Due to Council. This report
is also available for incentives. There is also a
G-2 report at the Girl Level.

16Girl Order Summary Report This report recaps all
girl orders and has a signature field so it can
be used as a receipt. This report is also
available for incentives.
17COUNCIL PRODUCTS PAGE Click Council Products
to view a list of all QSP, Nut/Candy and
Incentive items. This list includes retail
values, proceed levels and gives you access to
Nutritional Information.
18COUNCIL PRODUCTS PAGE Click View Nutritional
Info for All Council Products.

Next Screen
20Troop Detail Page If the council has given you
access to this page, you can make changes to your
troop information and/or add additional Troop
users if necessary. Click the pencil icon to
enter the Troop Detail Page.
21TROOP DETAILS PAGE Click Begin Edit.
22TROOP DETAILS PAGE Make changes and click Apply
Edit when done.

Once the Council has submitted the Incentive
Order to Ashdon Farms ALL Girl Orders will be
LOCKED. NO edits or transfers can be made and NO
new Girl Orders can be added. QSP items will
always remain open for editing in the Troop
Special Order ONLY.
