Tournaments
  • CYO conflicts We are soliciting a volunteer to
    monitor the CYO schedule so we can be better
    prepared to avoid problems in this area.
  • Plans and Notices We will have each team submit
    to their Coach and Parent Rep a list of
    potential conflicts. These can not all be
    remedied or eliminated, but we will do what we
    can. (Sometimes Coaches have conflicts as well,
    and sometimes there are last minute INVITES to
    consider.) WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE IN
    ADVANCE.

  • It is important to remind everyone that offers
    are made without condition, meaning there are
    NO GUARANTEED playing positions or playing times.
    Positions and playing times are determined
    during the season by the respective Coach.

How to Pre-Register for Tryouts
  • All tryout pre-registration will be done on line
  • Go to www.teamzvb.com
  • Follow the link for tryout registrations
  • Please bring with you a copy of your birth
    certificate and an OVR Liability release form
    which will be available when you pre-register
  • Cost is 20.00
  • All tryouts will be held at Schmidt Fieldhouse at
    Xavier University
  • We prefer that you pre-register online but walk
    ins will be accepted.
  • Registration begins Tuesday 7th

  • Our primary method of Club communications will
    continue to be email.
  • We will utilize our web site to inform
    reiterate important Member information.
  • Parent Reps are extremely important in the
    communication process, so if you are wired,
    then youll make a great Parent Rep!

    to have the best interests of the entire team in
    mind.
