Using Excel menus Cut, Copy, and Paste
Finally, the letter underlined for each menu word
shows a key combination you can use for that
command. For example, Alt e c (Meaning
hold down the Alt while pressing e , then c
) Allows you to invoke the Copy command using
the keyboard. Alt calls for the menu. e calls
the Edit menu. c calls the Copy command. So
pressing Alt e c on the keyboard is like
selecting Edit Copy on the menu (only faster).
