Reach-in (including dressing, cheeses, lemon,
tomato, cucumber and creamer) part of my morning
kitchen set up.
The daily side work chart. Today I am on Beverage

bucket, marry the coffee cups, fill straws, fill

This is me portioning romaine lettuce for my
daily side work, reach-in. Reach-in involves
making sure there are enough salads, dressing,
salsa and jello to get us through the day.
Another part of my morning set up. The expo cold
tray carries salsa, coleslaw, mexi ranch, o-peel,
honey dill, citrus sauce, parmesan cheese, blue
cheese, cilantro, bbq sauce, cilantro ranch -
Every thing that is need to prepare the plates
before they go out
8Conclusion
- After completing my co-op work term at
Applebees, I would recommend it to anyone
looking for a placement. Not only was it very
informative but it was a very fun atmosphere to
be in.
