Building a Solid Foundation a THEOCRACY!

• These building blocks offer reality, genuine
  love, hope, and an opportunity to experience true
  conversion
• True conversion is regeneration, heartfelt, being
  transformed, mind renewal.

Reformation Reemphasizes the Apostles Teaching

• Reformation (Greek diorthosis) to make
  structural adjustments, to make the crooked and
  broken places straight again, and to restore to
  order or form.

Restoration Heals and Renews the Brokenhearted

• Restoration (Greek apokatastasi, epanafora) to
  reconstitute, fit, mend, recover from ruin or
  decay, give back or return to establishment,
  heal, renew, revise, reaffirm or reconstruct.
• And they that shall be of thee shall build the
  old waste places thou shall raise up the
  foundations of many generations and thou shalt
  be called, The repairer of the breach, The
  restorer of paths to dwell in.

A Refuge Provides a Safe Haven for Those in Need

• Where can we go to be restored?...How about a
  refuge!
• Refuge a safe haven, protection or offering
  comfort and favorable opportunities or
  conditions.
• The principal Old Testament word is machceh,
  which means shelter in Hebrew
• It is a pavilion for restoration, refreshing,
  spiritual enrichment, impartation, and
  empowerment

The name of the LORD is a strong tower the
righteous runneth into it, and is safe. Proverbs

Reconciliation Ministers to the Lost

• Reconciliation means the restoration of
  friendship and fellowship after estrangement
• The Old Testament reconciliation contains the
  idea of an atonement
• It is the process by which God and people are
  brought together again

And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us
to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us
the ministry of reconciliation 2 Corinthians

  individual talents and gifts to facilitate and
  perpetuate an efficient, functioning five-fold
  ministry
• The training complex accommodates needs (such as
  worship), trains and prepares ambassadors for
  Christ

Training Complex!!

• Retreat a getaway or resort for inividuals and
  families needing relaxation and fun activities
• Refuge a shelter or recreation for those in
  need
• dormitories, chalets, prayer parks, and a
  gigantic playground!
• Training Workshops an opportunity for
  ambassadors, pastors, and itinerants to utilize
  their gifts and talents

Through this complex, we want to assist ALL
peoples in their endeavors by providing a place
where they can receive and enjoy the rich, godly
inheritance from the Father

  as ambassadors
• Continue to develop the training center and
  curricula
• Seminars, kingdom gatherings, and sessions
• Skits, drama, role plays on real-life issues and
  Bible story reenactments
• Network with Christian leaders, organizations,
  and business people to utilize resources
• Establish accountability circles with peers and
  organizations
• Market the Gospel to impact our communities and
  nation
• Radio, TV, and other media
• Tracts, brochures, articles, tape series, etc.
