    website and therefore this is a beacon to ensure
    you focus strongly on Quality Assurance in your
    response.

    relevant contact officer if there is one
    identified in the tender documents.
  • If not still try and make contact with the buyer
    and seek to introduce yourself and try and glean
    as much information as you can subtly without
    seeming like an interrogator.

    briefly about your skills and experience and
    highlight briefly anything that you feel might
    interest the buyer and set you aside from
    competitors or show that you can deliver on what
