A chiller is a heat transfer device that uses
refrigeration system to remove heat from a
process load and transfers the heat to the
environment. They are used to lower the
temperatures of all kinds of equipment and

Water Chiller
Water cooled chillers are generally located
within the building and use cooling towers, a
pond, or river located near the building to
reject waters heat from the condenser. A water
chiller is a mechanical device used to facilitate
heat exchange from water to a refrigerant in a
closed loop system.

Industrial Chillers are normally used as part
of a system to cool Industrial Processes and
large scale machinery. The Chillers work by
controlling the Cooling process, helping to
regulate temperatures at an optimum level, to
prevent heat-generating machinery from getting
too hot. It is commenly used in manufacturing
industries such as food, beverage, packaging,
automotive etc.

Refrigeration Chiller
The refrigeration cycle starts with a
low-pressure liquid/gas mix entering the
evaporator. It is based on the principle that a
liquid expanding into a gas extracts heat from
the surrounding substance or area. In which two
different pressures exist in the cycle - the
evaporating or low pressure in the "low side,"
and the condensing, or high pressure, in the
"high side.
