Benefits of long pepper
  • Liver Ailments Long pepper is known to have a
    healing effect on an overworked liver. It helps
    in eliminating toxins that build up inside the
    liver due to the metabolism junk food. Think
    French fries, samosas, and other fried food that
    we eat. Pippali helps cleanse the stomach of the
    harmful effects of these foods.

Weight Loss Long pepper helps in burning fatty
acids. It also has very few, nearly none, side
effects. So, it is a much healthier alternative
to clinical weight loss solutions. Stagnant body
fat is mobilized and eliminated by pippali.
