When you indulge in some physical activities, you
burn more calories. The more intense the physical
activity you do, the more do your calories burn.
When you develop a consistent routine, you end up
having a high metabolism as well, which is
important in weight loss as well.

If you have any of the diseases such as blood
pressure, diabetes, and so on, then regular
exercise is very important for it helps you to
keep the symptoms of these diseases to minimum.
