    exam stress sometimes leads to neuropsychiatric
    illness includes depression and anxiety.
    Therefore, it is significant to reduce
    examination fear for better performance and boost
    the student's confidence.

  • Make a Positive statement It is highly possible
    to manage the flow of adrenaline and stay
    charge-up by repeating positive statements
    regarding meaningful learning, development of
    self-discipline, and become focused on the goal.
  • Be Aware and live with Mindfulness Students must
    be aware of body and mind and observe every
    breath they take. You can close your eyes, lie on
    your back, and focus on one area of your body to
