the screen time for your kids?
  • From young aged children to 60 elder people,
    today, everyone spends almost half of their day
    using digital devices. This spending of time in
    front of screens is known as screen time.
  • Today we are so much dependent on these digital
    devices, and these habits are leading to ignoring
    their negative impacts like
  • i. Delayed learning in young childrenii.
    Susceptibility to chronic health conditionsiii.
    Impaired socializing skills

  • We all carry mobile phones, laptops, etc., in our
    bags or pockets, and the high screen times due to
    these digital devices have affected peoples
    physical, emotional, and mental health.
    Therefore, to make a child stronger in every
    manner, it is important for family members to
    adopt various methods to reduce high screen
    times.
  • Some Ways to manage the screen time for your
    kids
  • 1. Creating screen-free areas at home
  • Try to create screen-free zones at home, like at
    the dining table, or at the kitchen, etc., to
    reduce the occurrences of high screen time.
