• A violent snowstorms with blowing at a minimum
  speed of 35 miles (56 kilometers) per hour and
  visibility of less than one quarter mile (400
  meters) for three hours

What conditions cause this weather or event to
happen

• Snow forms when it is form of precipitation that
  consists of masses of certain types of time ice
  crystal they grow from water
  evaporation.

Where does this happen

• Blizzards mostly happen in dangerous cold mass
  that produce blizzards .They usually come from
  the North pole

What are the consequences of this event to cities
,homes , and people

• 1888 March 11-14 in eastern U.S.A. 400 people
  died
• 1988 in New York 400 people died.
