Projects should

• be in line with the objectives of the
  Stabilization Association Agreement
• be in line with the objectives of the Bologna
  Declaration (Signed by Croatia in May 2001)
• support the strategic development and reform
• involve more then one HEI from the country

Curriculum Development

• development of undergraduate and postgraduate
  study programmes
• up-dating and/or introduction of new curriculas
• introduction of a modular structure
• establishment of system compatible with European
  Credit Transfer System (ECTS)
• mobility of teachers and students and the full
  recognition of study periods spent at a partner
  institution

• optimization of the faculty-university relation
• reform of university governance, management and

  information system, financial management
• strengthening of student associations and student
  services
• development of quality assurance system
• promotion of links with the local and regional
  economy through technology and knowledge transfer

Multiplier projects

• Support networks as a tool for the dissemination
  of the outcomes of relevant reform projects in
  order to widen their impact. Applications are, in
  particular, encoraged in the following area
• development, promotion and implementation of
  reforms aimed at the realization of the
  objectives of the Bologna Process, relevant HE
  authorities, advisory and policy bodies
