• Extreme Recycling provides an Asset Recovery
  program that can be customized to fit the needs
  of your business.
• Our comprehensive plan offers a low cost,
  environmentally conscious, and security compliant
  solution to all your businesss E-Waste needs.
• Our core competencies in Asset management,
  E-Waste recycling, and remarketing ensure that
  your assets will be handled safely, securely, and

Equipment Process Flow

Receiving

• The Receiving step serves as the
  introduction point for materials into the Extreme
  Recycling Database system. Once a shipment
  arrives at any of our facilities, all items are
  contained within our secured warehouse and stored
  in containment areas dedicated to each individual
  client.
• The basic information for each shipment is
  recorded at this time (originating location,
  received date, pallet count, and weight) and is
  assigned a Shipment ID number. The Shipment ID
  serves as the reference number for all
  information recorded in the following stages.
• We operate under a strict timeline of 24
  hours from time of arrival for all material to be
  received into our system. This timeframe allows
  for immediate reporting of any shipping
  discrepancies which may arise.

Inventory

• Extreme Recyclings inventory process is a
  comprehensive program designed to give our
  clients a high level of flexibility in the amount
  of detail recorded for their assets.
• Based on years of research and industry
  experience our methods have been refined to
  categorize and evaluate every asset processed
  through our facilities. This step allows us to
  minimize client costs while maximizing return on
  assets.
• Clients are able to customize the recording
  process to meet their asset management needs.
  This feature allows the client to lower the
  overall costs, yet still collect vital
  information on high value items such as desktops,
  servers, printers, or monitors.

Technical Audit

• Extreme Recyclings Audit process provides
  client solutions regarding data eradication,
  equipment repairs, and selecting final
  dispositions for their assets.
• Every hard drive undergoes a certified DoD
  5220-20M disk wiping process which completely
  overwrites all information contained on the disk.
  Damaged or obsolete hard drives are
  automatically dispositioned for destruction.
• All units are thoroughly tested and assigned
  an appropriate condition code. This condition
  code allows for our Sales department to seek out
  the highest market prices for equipment. Our
  technical staff has the ability to perform
  repairs to equipment to help increase the revenue
  generated for each sale.
• Any unit that is deemed obsolete or
  unrepairable is dispositioned for Recycle where
  the unit will be disassembled into the various
  commodities.

Lease Return

• Extreme Recyclings Lease Return program is
  designed to work hand in hand with our clients to
  help fulfill obligations on leased equipment.
• Lease Return items can be designated by
  Model or by Serial Number, saving the client the
  time and labor costs associated with separating
  leased items from the recyclables and arranging
  for the transportation of leased equipment back
  to the leasing company.

Redeploy

• Our Redeploy process allows the client to
  allocate assets that have not yet reached end of
  life. These assets can be cleaned, tested, and
  returned back into the business environment.

Remarket

• Through an aggressive Sales Department and a
  large pool of secondary market vendors, Extreme
  Recycling works to deliver the highest value for
  resalable assets. Our system of revenue sharing
  helps to alleviate the processing costs while
  delivering our services at the best possible
  value.
• We make accountability and the alleviation
  of liability risks a priority in all our
  remarketing efforts. Thorough audits of our
  secondary market vendors ensures that all
  remarketable materials are handled in accordance
  with all Federal, State, and Local laws. In an
  effort to reduce the growing problem of
  substandard E-Waste disposal, no scrap materials
  are exported overseas.
• As with all our programs, the Remarket
  Service can be tailored to fit the clients
  specifications. Full reporting is available on
  demand for all materials designated as
  remarketable.

Disassembly and Recycling

• Materials containing no remarket value are
  sorted, separated and sent to our disassembly
  area for further processing. Once these
  materials are processed in the disassembly area,
  they get sent through our shredding system where
  they are reduced and separated to the commodity
  level.
• All materials that are deemed end of life
  are handled in accordance with Federal, State,
  and Local requirements.

Reporting

• Extreme Recyclings custom database program
  allows for On Demand reporting through a simple
  customer online interface. Through our Report
  Generation Control Panel, all of the information
  recorded for shipments and assets can be accessed
  for accurate, up to date details. Reports can be
  generated based on individual asset types, final
  dispositions, originating locations, remarketed
  assets, lease returns, redeployments, and
  recycle volumes.
• As with all our programs, our Report
  Generator can be customized to fit the clients
  specifications to provide the exact level of
  detail requested.

Revenue Sharing Program

• Extreme Recycling partners with several of
  our clients in remarketing non-end of life
  assets. This is an effort to help offset
  recycling costs for the client company through
  the sale of items that still have value.
• We are able to utilize our vendor
  connections in order to obtain maximum return for
  the client. The client will then claim an agreed
  upon percentage of the resale value to help
  offset processing costs.

Recycle From Home Program
Extreme Recycling also goes beyond electronics
recycling with our Recycle From Home Program.
This program educates and encourages our
employees to help reduce our carbon footprint on
the environment by bringing any and all
recyclable waste from home to the facility. All
revenue generated from the program is used
towards employee recognition.
