ROOMMATE PULL IN PROCESS
  • The following power point instructions are
    designed to help you view the suites and
    traditional roommate pull in process before it
    takes place Friday, March 13 at 1000 a.m.
    through Saturday, March 14 at 900 a.m.
  • Returning students who submitted an online
    application for 20092010 are eligible to
    participate in this process if they have not
    already retained or were pulled in to a space for
    next year. Please make sure that you gave the
    person pulling you in to a space your room
    preference, your student ID number, and your
    username. You will also need to give the person
    your meal plan preference.
  • If you are pulled in to a space during this
    process you will not be eligible to participate
    in the remaining spaces selection process which
    will take place between March 16 through March
    18.

  • A link this process can be found on the Residence
    Life website when the pull-in process begins at
    1000 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2009 through 900
    a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009.
  • Please read the System Requirements
    specifications to make sure that you are using a
    compatible browser.
  • The Housing Information link will provide you
    access to information found on the Residence Life
    website regarding building and room information,
    room and meal plan rates, and the Student
    Residence Agreement.
  • To begin the roommate pull in process click the I
    have a UST username and want to log in link.

  • To continue with the roommate pull in process,
    please follow the instructions regarding your
    username and password located on the left hand
    side of the web page under Online Housing Site.
  • You must use all capital letters for your
    username and your password is case sensitive. Be
    sure to omit the _at_stthomas.edu from your
    username).
  • After you type your username and password click
    the Continue link to proceed to the next step in
    this process.
  • You may log out of the process anytime by
    clicking the Cancel link if you do not wish to
    continue with this process

  • After you log in a Welcome page with your full
    name will be displayed.
  • Click the Self Assignment Process link located on
    the left hand side of the page to continue.
  • Click the Roommate Pull In link located in the
    same section to continue to the next step.
  • If you do not wish to continue the pull in
    process you may click the LOG OUT link to exit.

  • This page outlines the steps that will take place
    through completion of the roommate pull in
    process.
  • Click the Continue link to proceed with the
    process.

  • This page will display the bedspace that you were
    pulled in to.
  • Step 1. Go to the drop down list and select the
    space that you wish to place your roommate in.
  • Step 2. Enter the roommate information
    requested. You will need the roommates username
    and students ID number.
  • Click the Pull-In Roommate link to continue with
    the process.

  • View the information displayed on this page to
    confirm that you entered the correct roommate and
    room information.
  • Click the Continue link to proceed to the next
    step in the process.

  • Select a meal plan as requested by your roommate.
    Be careful to only select one meal plan.
  • A meal plan should be selected based on residency
    and your roommates class rank.
  • Please use the scroll bar located next to the
    check boxes to view all your meal plan options.
  • Only students retaining in the Selby Suites are
    allowed to select any meal plan including No
    Meal plan.
  • If you are pulling in to a Selby Suite your
    roommate does not select a meal plan you must
    select No Meal to continue with the process.
  • Students retaining in traditional halls must
    select a meal plan.
  • Click the Continue link to proceed to the next
    step of the process.

  • This page will display the meal plan information
    that you selected for your roommate.
  • Verify that the information is correct before you
    proceed.
  • If it is not correct click Back to Previous link
    to make changes to the meal plan selection.
  • If the information is correct click the Confirm
    link to continue to the final step of the process.

  • You may print the Receipt by clicking the PRINT
    link.
  • The Receipt will show the roommates room and
    meal plan information.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to both of your
    UST email accounts after you are done with this
    process.
  • If you wish to pull in more than one roommate,
    click the Pull-in Another Roommate link and go
    through the steps for selecting the room and meal
    plan.
  • For each additional roommate that you pull in a
    confirmation Receipt will be displayed.
  • When done with the process click the LOG OUT link
    to exit.
