identify best practices both in intercultural
work and social integration of the above
mentioned target groups. Taking in to account
these findings we will implement a working model
and an activity plan in order to achieve the aims
of the project.

Ubrique. Cadiz. (Coordinating Institution) Is a
public institution that offers both formal and
non formal courses for adult learners in eight
small towns (Secondary Degree, Spanish for
Immigrants, ICT, English, workshops, etc.) - FORSICA (Formación Sierra de Cádiz), is a
private, educational organisation focused on
languages (ESL and Spanish) and ICT (computing
and design). Its 3 centers offer official (ie.
accredited) courses, as well as private
programmes for adults and children. The emphasis
in adult learning is on continuous training
(workers), enhancing employability (youngsters,
unemployed) and reinsertion for long-term
workers. On-site, online and distance learning.

- To list difficulties, problems and needs in our
organizations - To detect how the immigrants see the hosting
countries the people, the culture, the
traditions, the attitude towards them - To detect how the native learners see the
immigrants the people, the culture, the
traditions, their attitudes - To discuss and analyse the depth of knowledge of
the other party
12- To improve the knowledge of the other party and
to implement the cultural dialogue trough an
active plan - To create a common virtual work space and
disseminate our work - To Implement ICT tools as a way to improve the
competences of adults in adapting themselves to a
changing society and to the requirements of the
labour market.
13- To Improve the accessibility and use of learning
opportunities for adults, focusing on cultural
aspects. - To extend the availability and quality of life
long learning in rural areas.
14- To decrease the drop out rates among people with
family duties and/or work schedule difficulties
giving them the opportunity to participate in a
more flexible learning model which is blended
learning. - To unify teaching methods via the shared virtual
space, increasing the efficiency of the learning
process.
