- Over achieved on all targets
- 800 Offenders received IAG
- 470 received additional support
- 150 assisted into employment/learning
- 7000 contacts made with offenders during project
- An Offender has been seen every 5 minutes

- Offender Manager buy in integration into NPS
- CXL increased knowledge/understanding of
Offender work - Perceptions of stereotypical IAG removed,
