Sign-On

• Type your User Code in the top box
• Press TAB
• Type in your Password
• Press TAB
• Press ENTER (or click OK)

Student Attendance Roster

• For attendance, click on the appropriate
  class.It will highlight blue.
• Click on the second yellow icon to open up the
  attendance section.

Student Attendance Roster

• This is the summary of the current attendance for
  this period.
• To mark a student absent from class--double click
  on the name.
• Make a mistake? Double click on the name again.

Student Attendance Roster

• A square with a red X in the middle means that
  the office marked student absent.
• Check the code column to see if absence is
  excused, suspension, etc. . .

• The attendance numbers will change as students
  are marked absent.

Lunch Count

• Make sure you do not click on post, until you
  have clicked here to do your lunch count.

Lunch Options

• Click on the pull down menu for each child.
• Make each choice.

Student Attendance Roster

• Click on Post to submit grades and lunch count to
  the office.

Printing Class Rosters

• While in attendance screen, click the printer
  icon.
• View preview screen.
• Select printer icon in toolbar.
• Roster for selected class will print.

Demographic Information

• To see demographic information while in the
  attendance screen
• Click on a students name to highlight it.
• Click on the Demographics button in the lower
  left corner of the attendance screen.

Individual Demographics

• There are 6 tab options here.
• Check the tabs for information.

More Contact Information

• Contacts button on one of the demographics
  screens indicates alternative ways to contact
  the parent.
• This example shows an email address.
