Many people want to lose weight or maintain a
healthy weight. The best way to do this is to
burn more calories than you consume. In this
WebQuest, we will figure out how many calories
you should be consuming and how many you actually
are consuming.

TASKS
  • Keep track of everything you eat for a day.
  • Keep track or all your exercise for a day.
  • You will write a one page summary of what you
    learned from this webquest. You will also turn
    in your completed food and fitness journal and
    your food and fitness planner.

Conclusion
  • Have fun with this assignment and take a good
    look at where you are with your health and what
    are some ways you can improve. It is much better
    to slowly loose weight with a good diet rather
    than losing weight with the newest fad diet. It
    is also just as important to maintain a healthy
    weight once you reach that healthy weight by
    eating right and getting good exercise
