How to request production equipment for My FYP ?

• Step 1 Prepare your FYP proposal with equipment
  request (Fill in the on-line equipment request
  form)
• Step 2 Discuss with your supervisor
• Step 3 Submit the on-line equipment request
  form
• Step 4 Print the form and pass the form to your
  supervisor for endorsement
• Step 5 Return the form back to Production
  Centre
• (Before 29 Feb 2008)
• Step 6 Checking your new on-line FYP production
  account

Important Points

• The best time for shooting should be the semester
  break and lunar new year break
• Please meet your studio assigned deadline
• Event if you have emoney but you still have
  chance that you can not book any equipment after
  March
