PSALM 37

Do not fret because of the wickeddo not be
envious of wrongdoers,
3
For they will soon fade like the grass,and
wither like the green herb.
4
and do good

• Trust in the Lord,

5
So you can live in the land, and enjoy security.
6
Take delight in the Lord,
7
And he will give you the desires of your heart.
8
Commit your way to the Lord

• Trust in him,
• and he will act.

9
And the justice of your cause like the noonday.

• He will
• make your vindication shine like the light.

10
Be still before the lord,and wait patiently for
him
11
Do not fret over those who prosper in their
way,over those who carry out evil devices.
12
Refrain from anger,and forsake wrath.
13
Do not fret

• It leads only to evil.

14
For the wicked shall be cut off,
15
But those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the
land.
16
Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the
Holy Spirit.
17
As it was in the beginning is now and shall be
for ever.
18
AMEN.
