  address, etc.) for the same physical location.
  This impacts cross-reference checks, reporting,
  and coordination and efficiency of public safety,
  public works, and services.

• As more staff retire institutional knowledge
  will not fill the gaps as well

• Cost avoidance - reduce the redundant work from
  entering information into multiple applications
• Integration of tabular and spatial data for
  business and GIS applications
