  comfortable using them.

• They multi-task. They can send an instant
  message, email on the web, listen to an iPod, and
  do all this while studying for a test.
• They have a shorter attention span, but they
  expect to enjoy what they are doing and to be
  entertained.

• They expect results immediately.
• They want to choose the kind of education they
  buy as well as what, where, and how they will
  learn.
• They use technology as their enabling factor to
  allow them to create relationships with peers and
  faculty.

• They have no brand loyalty. They accept as their
  right the ability to make choices and customize
  the things they choose.
• They are natives when it comes to technology.
  We are immigrants.
