  party politics)
• Kulaks given govt. loans to buy their loyalty

• Duma dissolved
• Opponents arrested executed (1,000 in 1906)
• Stolypin (chief minister) changed voting rules in
  favour of landowners (vote worth 600 times more
  than peasants)
