CONCLUSSIONS - EXPERIENCESenvironmental point of
view
  • Implementation SSD advanced in all sectors -
development - improvement of the state of
    environment - health effect
  • Progress is slower than expected because of
economic and social impact - negotiations and not
    sufficient instruments
  • Theoretically better than practical
  • Monitoring of progress - indicators - difficult
    to evaluate
  • ?
  • Improvement of implementation instruments (legal,
    financial, taxes, voluntary, etc.), also
    challenge for EU
  • Still a lot to be done - new challenges
  • Problem - not to follow negative experiences of
    Western Europe
