• Implement harmonised diagnostic reviews and
  performance assessment frameworks in public
  financial management.
• Work together to reduce the number of separate,
  duplicative, missions to the field and diagnostic
  reviews and promote joint training to share
  lessons learnt and build a community of practice.
  
• Work with partner countries to rely, as far as
  possible, on partner countries results-oriented
  reporting and monitoring frameworks.
• Harmonise their monitoring and reporting
  requirements, and, until they can rely more
  extensively on partner countries statistical,
  monitoring and evaluation systems, with partner
  countries to the maximum extent possible on joint
  formats for periodic reporting.
