RAVENWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
Level 5 Algebra I Students failing at the end
of each quarter will complete a PLATO assignment
to receive a 70 quarter grade. English I
Students failing at the end of each quarter will
complete all missing assignments.
FRESHMAN ACADEMY
Pyramid of Interventions
Level 4 Students failing after the first 9 weeks
will attend a parent conference. After the first
quarter, students who are failing will attend a
parent conference every 4 ½ weeks.
Level 3 Students who do not show up for 6th Slip
Homeroom 3 times will be given detention and meet
with the Assistant Principal.
Level 2 Students who do not attend their 6th Slip
Homeroom will be added to a Call Home/All Call
list.
Level 1 Students receive a 6th Slip for missing
assignments. Students receive up to an 80 on
late assignments that are turned in with their
6th Slips.
Freshman Academy Position - Tracks data on
correlation between interventions and failures.
- Provides counseling during 2nd and 4th
directed study. - Planning quarterly
celebrations for student success. -
Responsible for ConnectEd calls regarding missing
assignments. - Organizes multiple educational
sessions for parents.
Parent Communication and Education Three Tech
Training days for Parent Connection, and Open
House SharePoint Introductions Read 180 and
Algebra I Carnegie Learning Teachers are
committed to contacting parents via email and
telephone during the full course of the year.
