• After the document prints, close the document
  window. You will return to this slide.
• Click E-Learning Completion Form.
• When the Completion Form opens, fill in the
  fields and click the Submit button.
• After you submit the E-Learning Completion Form
• Read the Agreement, sign it, and submit it to
  your local DCS Field Manager.
