TTPD QM2 production status

• All the board level function test have been
  finished last March
• Crate level function test/ESS/EMI has been
  performed by Daniel from U.of Geneva, Philipp and
  Lucio from INFN Perugia from last July 4 to July
  22
• TVT is under-arrangement.

T-crate FM/FS status

• 20 TBS(S9068) and 40 TPSFE(S9067) PCB
  manufacturing will be finished at the end of this
  February.
• CSIST has received the production documentation
  from TDR2 designer for 108 pieces PCB and PCA.
• No any further production message from TBP
  (lower and upper T-crate) and JINFV2 designer.

UUPD QM2 production status

• All the board level function test have been
  finished last Nov.
• Florian, Mike and Andy from U. of karlsruhe come
  to CSIST to perform the QM2 Crate level function
  test , ESS/EMI from last mid. Aug. to Sep.2
• TVT is under-arrangement.

UGSCM production status

• Six Flash memory chips have been installed on all
  Six USCM last Nov.14
• Two OTP chips have been soldered on two
  USCM(QM1,QM2) last Nov.21
• Two adapter boards and two USCM(QM1,QM2) have
  been assembled on two UGSCM , Coating ESS
  process has been finished last Dec.30

ECAL QM1 production status

• EIB_A_T,EIB_A_NT,EIB_B_T,EIB_B_NT PCA
  production has been finished last Oct.7.
• EIB_A_T,EIB_A_NT,EIB_B_T,EIB_B_NT board level
  function test has been finished by Sylvie, Glenn
  and Nadia in CSIST from last Oct.11 to 14.

DC/DC converter FM/FS production

• 9 S9051, 10 S9054, 11 S9056 PCA have been
  finished.
• 4 S9051, 16 S9053,4 S9053U,20 S9055, 11 S9057E
  PCB have been finished, the PCA will be finished
  at the end of this Feb.
• 10 S9048, 27 S9051, 12 S9053, 9 S9057 PCB will be
  finished at the end of this Feb, the
• PCA will be finished at the end of this March.

DC/DC converter FM/FS production (Cont.)

• The FM/FS production documentation are all
  received on last July 6
• CSIST has finished all different types PCA
  engineering development( Stencil file
  programming, pick place file programming, PCA
  engineering drawing )
• CSIST have received all missing components.

TOF QM2 production status

• New SDR2 Gerber file according to the layout rule
  has been received on Sep.TEM in CSIST.
• After reviewing the Layout, CSIST people have
  modified the Gerber file and sent to the designer
  to check.We are waiting the go signal from
  Guido to do the PCB production.
• No any other Gerber file received till now.

TOF QM2 production status

• SDR2,SPT2,SFET2,SFEA2,SBP PCA will be ready in
  three months after receiving the Gerber files.
• S crate fasteners already go for production

Conclusions

• The QM2 production doc. for TOF needs to be
  delivered to CSIST gradually from now on.
• The QM2 production doc. for TTCE needs to be
  delivered to CSIST gradually from now on.
• The FM/FS production doc. for UUPD needs to be
  delivered to CSIST gradually from now on.
• The FM/FS production doc. for TBP/JINFV2TPD
  needs to be delivered to CSIST gradually from now
  on.
• UUPD,TTPD TVT schedule and test location need
  to be decided this TEM.
