    from one place to another, often over long
    distances or in large groups.

    beyond,
  • Involuntary (slave trade, human trafficking, etc)
  • The people who migrate are called migrants,
    immigrants, emigrants or settlers depending on
    historical setting, circumstance and perspective.

    them are not.
  • In general we can divide factors into two groups
    Push and Pull Factors.

  • A push factor is generally a problem that causes
    you to migrate to another country. For example
  • Poor Medical Care.
  • Not enough jobs.
  • Few opportunities.
  • Political fear/wars
  • Fear of torture and mistreatment
  • Not being able to practice religion
  • Loss of wealth
  • Natural Disasters
  • Famine
  • Colonization

    country/place/city that attracts people to move
    there.
