• GOAL 1 K-5 OLAS after- school program
  student performance in English proficiency and
  in reading and math will improve during the 4
  year period.
• GOAL 2 The behavior and attendance of OLAs
  after-school program students will improve during
  the 4 year grant period.

Expectation(2004 2008)

• The OLAS project
  will demonstrate a unique model
  of how a school-community partnership can
  significantly and measurably enhance the language
  development of K-5 Limited English Proficient
  (LEP) students who are, in this project, all
  from Hispanic families.
