Havdalah is the blessing service that a Jewish
family say to mark the end of Shabbat. It is said
at dusk on Saturday when three stars can be seen
in the sky.

Once the blessings have been said wine is poured
on a plate and the flame of the Havdalah candle
put out in it. Then the family say Shavau Tov to
each other which means have a good week.
