5KEY POINTS Statement of objectives (3)
- Other partners needs
- Getting data concerning users behaviour to
compare with energy consumption data (ECODES) - Profile of electric consumptions (ENDESAUrbic)
- Demonstration (EVZ in Demonstrative Building
the other partners)
6KEY POINTS Data acquisition (1)
- Data requirements Analogical/Digital data
(analogical only from statistic analysis) - Rank and sensibility
- Kind of probes (precision and reproducibility)
- Comfort controls (what, where, how many)
- Ambient data (what, where, how many)
- Energy gains/savings data
- Solar gains (passive/active thermal and PV)
- Avoiding solar and increased ventilation (summer)
- Auxiliary equipment efficiency
- Energy consumed (heating, HDW, air conditioning
(refrigeration), lighting,) - Frequency, precision of measurements
7KEY POINTS Data acquisition (2)
- Definition of technical specifications for the
monitoring sensors.
- Some of our probes specifications are
- TEMPERATURE
- Accuracy 0,5ºC
- RELATIVE HUMIDITY
- Accuracy 1
- REGISTRATION PERIOD
- Data registered every 10 sec
- Statistic reduction with data control every 10
min - LON-WORKS PROTOCOL
8KEY POINTS Data acquisition (3)
- 2) Selection of monitoring variables for
verifying the MICROCLIMATE in Valdespartera
9KEY POINTS Data acquisition (4)
- 2) Selection of monitoring variables for CONFORT
inside buildings
P12, P13, P17, P18 Neighbours informed by the
SMRUZ. P14, P24, P27, P21 Neighbour informed as
a result of meetings with the community
administrators. P29, P20, Information phase.

11KEY POINTS Data acquisition (2)
- Data reduction
- Standard procedures for validating and rejecting
data and - To make comparable data from different sources
- Data outputs
- Data resumes
- Data presentation
12Data presentation
PLOTS REFLECTING
- Various consumption data
- Hourly profile
- Weekly and monthly profile
- Creating a historic
- Dispersion data
- Specific situations concerning users habits (for
users interactions)

PLOTS REFLECTING
FINAL STEPS
14FORESEEN ACTIVITIES 2008
UoZ will prepare the first sheet form to propose
an standardization of minimum requirements of
monitoring by January 2008 defining
- Comfort controls (what, where, how many)
- Energy consumption (different values HDW,
Heating, Air conditioning, Electric consumption
concerning lighting, electro-domestic devices) - Definition of standard conditions for climate and
comfort (local values) - Reduction to standard comfort conditions and
standard climate new energy consumption
kwh/m2-año - Identification of difficulties (technical,
economical, social)
