- When K-12 students are identified as homeless
in SASI, they are entitled to receive free
breakfast and lunch.
12Operation School Bell for K-8th grade students
Operation School Bell is a voluntary service
offered to the Clark County School District
through the Assistance League of Las
Vegas. Children in the Clark County School
District may only be recommended to Operation
School Bell by an a district employee and not by
a parent. Homeless students are automatically
entitled to Operation School Bell. Students may
be scheduled for Operation School Bell once
during the school year.
13Transportation to School of Origin
- Should a student become homeless, the student is
entitled to receive transportation to his/her
School of Origin or last school attended.
