  • Small Business Technology Transition (STTR)
    Program
  • Established by Congress in 1992
  • To create an effective vehicle for moving ideas
    from our nations
  • research institutions to the market. NAVAIR
    began management
  • of the STTR program in 2004.
  • 0.3 of Extramural RDTE
  • Commercialization Pilot Program (CPP)
  • Established by Congress in 2006
  • To accelerate the transition of technologies,
    products, and services
  • developed under SBIR to Phase III, including
    the acquisition process.
