OSTRC Goals

• Provide Philadelphia OST program staff with
  access to diverse resources and professional
  development opportunities.
• Evaluate the impact of resources and professional
  development opportunities on OST staff, programs,
  and students.
• Develop a set of research-based evaluation tools
  to measure the effectiveness of OST professional
  development.
• Improve the quality and accessibility of OST
  staff resources and professional development
  opportunities locally, regionally and nationally.

Long Term Impact

• Ultimately the OSTRC hopes that this combination
  of feedback, research and experience improves OST
  professional development efforts locally,
  regionally and nationally.
