Do not promote one provider over anotherIf we

student, how the students progress will be
measured, and a timetable for improving
achievement, that in the case of a student with
disabilities, ,is consistent with the students
    individualized education program under section

to the provider by the LEA

public the identity of any student eligible, for,
    or receiving, supplemental educational services
without the written permission of the parents

Develop a reliable SES contact and coordination
system on campus
  • Any person on campus can serve as your SES
    contact and/or coordinator.
  • Please keep in mind that SES is a federal mandate
and the LEA is responsible for the proper
implementation and ongoing facilitation of the
    SES program.

35
SummaryBasic process for establishing services
