Let Me Make This Easy For You
26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image,
according to Our likeness and let them rule
over the fish of the sea and over the birds of
the sky and over the cattle and over all the
earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps
on the earth." 27 God created man in His own
image, in the image of God He created him male
and female He created them. 28 God blessed
them and God said to them, "Be fruitful and
multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it and
rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds
of the sky and over every living thing that
moves on the earth." Gen 126-28 NASU

15 Then the LORD God took the man and put him
into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep
it. 16 The LORD God commanded the man, saying,
"From any tree of the garden you may eat freely
17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good
and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that
you eat from it you will surely die." Gen

Would You Like Some Cheese with that Whine?
2 The whole congregation of the sons of Israel
grumbled against Moses and Aaron in the
wilderness. 3 The sons of Israel said to them,
" Would that we had died by the LORD'S hand in
the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of
meat, when we ate bread to the full for you
have brought us out into this wilderness to kill
this whole assembly with hunger." 4 Then the
LORD said to Moses, "Behold, I will rain bread
from heaven for you and the people shall go out
and gather a day's portion every day, that I may
test them, whether or not they will walk in My
instruction.

5 "On the sixth day, when they prepare what they
bring in, it will be twice as much as they
gather daily." 6 So Moses and Aaron said to all
the sons of Israel, "At evening you will know
that the LORD has brought you out of the land of
Egypt 7 and in the morning you will see the
glory of the LORD, for He hears your grumblings
against the LORD and what are we, that you
grumble against us?" Ex 162-7 NASU

Hello! McFly!
12 "I have heard the grumblings of the sons of
Israel speak to them, saying, ' At twilight you
shall eat meat, and in the morning you shall be
filled with bread and you shall know that I am
the LORD your God.'" 13 So it came about at
evening that the quails came up and covered the
camp, and in the morning there was a layer of dew
around the camp. 14 When the layer of dew
evaporated, behold, on the surface of the
wilderness there was a fine flake-like thing,
fine as the frost on the ground. 15 When the
sons of Israel saw it, they said to one another,
" What is it?" For they did not know what it
was. And Moses said to them, " It is the bread
which the LORD has given you to eat.

16 "This is what the LORD has commanded, 'Gather
of it every man as much as he should eat you
shall take an omer apiece according to the
number of persons each of you has in his
tent.'" 17 The sons of Israel did so, and some
gathered much and some little. 18 When they
measured it with an omer, he who had gathered
much had no excess, and he who had gathered
little had no lack every man gathered as much
as he should eat. 19 Moses said to them, " Let
no man leave any of it until morning." 20 But
they did not listen to Moses, and some left part
of it until morning, and it bred worms and
became foul and Moses was angry with them. Ex

Are You Talking To Me?
22 Moses Interceded "These words the LORD spoke
to all your assembly at the mountain from the
midst of the fire, of the cloud and of the thick
gloom, with a great voice, and He added no more.
He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave
them to me. 23 "And when you heard the voice
from the midst of the darkness, while the
mountain was burning with fire, you came near to
me, all the heads of your tribes and your
elders. 24 "You said, 'Behold, the LORD our God
has shown us His glory and His greatness, and we
have heard His voice from the midst of the fire
we have seen today that God speaks with man,
yet he lives.
16
Are You Talking To Me?
25 'Now then why should we die? For this great
fire will consume us if we hear the voice
of the LORD our God any longer, then we will
die. 26 'For who is there of all flesh who has
heard the voice of the living God speaking
from the midst of the fire, as we have, and
lived? 27 'Go near and hear all that the LORD
our God says then speak to us all that the
LORD our God speaks to you, and we will
hear and do it.' Deut 522-27 NASU

Jesus Kept It Simple
36 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in
the Law?" 37 And He said to him, " 'YOU SHALL
LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND
WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.'
38 "This is the great and foremost
commandment. 39 "The second is like it, 'YOU
SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' 40 "On
these two commandments depend the whole Law and
the Prophets." Matt 2236-40 NASU

E tu, Nicodemus?
1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named
Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews 2 this man
came to Jesus by night and said to Him, " Rabbi,
we know that You have come from God as a
teacher for no one can do these signs that You
do unless God is with him." 3 Jesus answered
and said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you,
unless one is born again he cannot see the
kingdom of God." 4 Nicodemus said to Him, "How
can a man be born when he is old? He cannot
enter a second time into his mother's womb and
be born, can he?"
19
E tu, Nicodemus?
  • 5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you,
unless one is born of water and the Spirit he
cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
  • 6 "That which is born of the flesh is flesh,
and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
  • 7 "Do not be amazed that I said to you, 'You
    must be born again.'
  • "The wind blows where it wishes and you
hear the sound of it, but do not know where it
comes from and where it is going so is everyone
who is born of the Spirit."
  • 9 Nicodemus said to Him, "How can these things
    be?"
  • 10 Jesus answered and said to him, "Are you the
teacher of Israel and do not understand these
    things?
  • John 31-10 NASU
