• There is no cure for AIDS. Any who is infected
  with HIV-the human immunodeficienct virus that
  can cause AIDS-Will always be infected.
• Some people develop symptoms shortly after being
  infected. For many, it takes more then ten years.

• Some STDs can have severe consequences,especially
  in women, if not treated, which is why it is so
  important to go for STD Testing.
• Approximately 19 million new infection occur each
  year, almost half of them smong people ages 15
  and 24

HIV

• HIV and other STDs are spread by sex with someone
  who is already infected.
• Most people who are infected with HIV or another
  STD do not look or feel sick. They know that they
  are infected. But they can still spread these
  diseases.
• A woman infected with HIV can pass it to her baby
  before birth or in breast milk.

Cookies for Elders

• I made chocolate chip cookies for the elders
  around Shishmaref. I have delivered 7 packs of
  cookies and there was 4 cookies in each. Most of
  them liked them and they were very happy that I
  gave them cookies
