• Now we use what weve learned to start a project.
• Breaking down a complex object into simple
  shapes.
• Connecting the shapes with simple lines.

• We learn about contour lines.
• Contour line drawing exercises develop eye-hand
  coordination
• We apply this skill to the teddy bear project.

• Now we learn to shade.
• Simple exercise of shading a ball gives you the
  practice needed.
• We apply this skill to the teddy bear project.

• We learn about highlights and details.
• Creating texture and pattern.
• Adding highlights to the teddy bear.

• We complete our teddy bear with cast shadows
• Practice exercise completes the shaded ball from
  lesson 4.
• The bear is finished with cast shadows added to
  create a sense of weight.
