PROVIDER WEB SEARCH

• The search results within this function will list
  only the physicians who have agreed to have their
  practice information available to users
• This feature may be useful in the initial choice
  of physician. However, an employee must submit a
  written request to OWCP with his or her reasons
  for desiring a change of physician and obtain
  approval

• You can now use the ACS-DOL Web Portal to search
  for physicians
• http//owcp.dol.acs-inc.com
• You can search for a physician by name, address,
  or even by specialty

Make sure to read and accept the Agreement

Then select your program

Now you can select one or more criteria to find a
provider

• Specialty
• Last Name or Practice Name
• First Name
• City
• State
• Zip Code

To find a provider

• Enter your search and Click Submit!
• Here are some tips
• The Reset button will clear the search fields
• The Back button will return to the program
  screen
• If you would like to select more than one
  provider type or specialty, press the CTRL key
  while you scroll down

• You can sort the results by clicking on the
  column name or the arrows up and down
• The search results will display only providers
  who have agreed to be included in this feature
