Adding music

• Go to the Insert menu and select Movies and
  sounds. Next choose sound from file.
• Find your play sample and select it.
• As it opens drag the new icon anywhere on the
  slide and place it.
• It will ask you if you want it to play
  automatically click yes.

• After placing the new icon, right click it and go
  to Custom Animation.
• Select Continue Slide Show, then continue playing
  until __ slides(how ever many slides you wish the
  sound to play through).
• Now, simply rehearse your times (this will cause
  everything to run automatically).

Narration

• Narration is a simple process of inserting your
  voice or anothers voice into the current slide.
• Narration is as simple as the sound.
• Click Slide Show and then Record Narration.
• The Narration Wizard will now ask you step by
  step questions.
• Answer these questions, and you will have
  narration in your presentation!
