2Background
- Established in 1993, AFRO is a registered
charitable non-governmental organisation. - We believe that every individual should have his
or her personal freedom, dignity and basic human
rights protected and promoted. We work for the
inclusion of female sex workers, one of the most
marginalised and discriminated groups in HK. - The women we serve are from Hong Kong, Mainland
China, Thailand, the Philippines etc.
3We believe that every woman has the right
- . To fair and just treatment under the law
- . To be free from violence and coercion
