  variability in association with in situ (e.g.
  ARGO mixed layer depth) and/or remote sensing
  measurements (ice cover, altimetry, sea surface
  temperature, ocean color, wind speed).
• Link between high DIC close to SAF and formation
  of Subantarctic Mode Water (SAMW) in Winter
