BLUF

• This concept plan proposes
• An SDDC Training Command (SDDC-TC) that supports
  ARFORGEN and the operational reserve by executing
  TRO of SDDC surface mobility forces and by
  providing training opportunities for non-SDDC
  surface mobility forces.
• Redesigning SDDC RC Groups and Battalions to
  standardized TDAs which provide a bridge for
  subsequent conversion to TOE designs.
