• I would rate Puerto Rico as a 3.
• A rating of a 3 is slightly risky like there may
  be some conflicts but still safe

• Some food handlers dont wash their hands before
  and after they use the restrooms.
• I would stay away from certain restaurants.
• Some water is contaminated.
• I would drink bottled water just to be safe.
