• The beak helps the flamingos get their food.
• The long neck helps them to feed in deep water.
• The Flamingo uses its wings to fly and protect
  their young. They also use a wing for a nice
  pillow.
• Their long legs make them able to stand in deep
  water.
• Their feet help them to stand in deep water.

Ways flamingos are classified

• Flamingos are birds.
• They are also a vertebrate.
• They can be pink from the red dye in shrimp.
• Some are white because they eat other organisms.
• There are 6 different kinds of flamingos in the
  world.

Where they live

• They live in parts of Southern Europe, Asia, and
  Africa

Flamingos Habitat

• Flamingos live in lagoons, or lakes, where there
  is lots of mud and water. Flamingos use a variety
  of habitats mangrove swamps, tidal flats, and
  sandy islands.

Senses Flamingos use to survive

• Eye sight plays an important role in helping
  flamingos socialize with thousands of other
  flamingos
• Hearing helps it to hear predators approaching.
