Impact

• In the State of Oregon the DOQ-IT Project worked
  with 42 practices, the focus was on small to
  medium primary care practices.
• Some of the practice participants were
  representative of five IPAs
• - COIPA (Central Oregon Independent Physicians
  Association), COEMR.
• - LIPP (Lane Independent Primary Care Physicians)
• - MRIPA (Mid-Rogue Independent Physicians
  Association)
• - MVIPA (Mid-Valley Independent Physicians
  Association)
• - PIPA (Portland Interhospital Physicians
  Association)

• DOQ-IT worked closely with the IPAs in developing
  the strategies for adoption.
• Acumentra Health continues to have a role in
