• Firstly teachers must make the content and ways
  of online class conformity with teaching.
• Secondly in long distance of online foreign
  language education, it is universally thought
  that the speech of teachers impact on acceptance
  of learners.
• Thirdly teachers should give feedback and answer
  the question of learners accurately on time.
• Lastly the time of online foreign language
  education is not too long.

• As for learners, language is a process of
  delivery and acceptance in online foreign
  language education.
• In online foreign language education, learners
  are not only active acceptance but the body of
  study and creator. Nunan(1988-2)pointed,
  learners should join in the process of teaching
  and desire how to teach.

• Firstly the new information attracts on learners
  and touches off their interest, the one is that a
  spring of energy
• Secondly learners need right guide and
  collaboration with others.
• Lastly, students must communicate with teachers
  and others, so that make progress of language.

The dividing of standard emotional quality of
communication in online foreign language
education

• As the base of investigation, we seed the
  international factor analysis ways to analysis
  the basic factor, such as teachers? students?
  teaching resources?teaching activity?teaching
  police?study supporting?teaching flat of network
  and combine with experiences of online foreign
  language education, which encircle the aim of
  online education to control the factors, for
  instant, environment? organization? teaching?
  teachers?students ,which conform to the main
  dimension and norm of investigation. Sum up
  words, we survey popularly the class of online
  foreign language education in HaiKou, there are
  three hundreds people as stylebooks, we combine
  with multifarious factors to extract the degree
  feedback of learners, the degree using content,
  the degree delivering knowledge, the degree
  content of teachers and so on seventeen standards
  emotional quality of communicating in online.

  analysis way to predigest the total norm.
