RTI INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION

• The SICAMB and ILMAS, already involved on several
  aeronautical programs, signed on 2002 a
  Memorandum of Understading (M.O.A) with Alenia
  Aeronautica as MAIN SUPPLIERS for AIRBUS A380
  Upper Deck Floor Grid- Middle.
• The two companies have formed a Joint Venture,
  defined RTI (Raggruppamento Temporaneo di
  Impresa), to satisfy the program requirements by
  integration and optimization of their own
  capabilities. SICAMB is the mandator of RTI.

RTI Responsabilty

• RTI is fully responsable for design, material
  Procurement, manufacturing, control and technical
  support of assigned Work Package, for all planned
  airplane versions.

  steadily guarantied by commonality and operative
  integration with ALENIA.
